Our Facilities

The centre run by The Richmond Fellowship Society (India) Lucknow is known by the name Nav Uday Mansik Swasthya Sansthan (नव उदय मानसिक स्वास्थ्य संस्थान) and is located at Viraj Khand 5, Gomtinagar, Lucknow - 226010, branch was started in March 2005 with the motivation of our patron Prof. G.N. Narayan Reddy, under the guidance of Prof. A.K. Agarwal and 12 founder members. The aim of the organization is to rehabilitate patients of chronic mental illness so that they can function in the community productively in spite of their illness

We provide the following facilities at the centre

Day Care

Day care center provides opportunities for the members to engage themselves in meaningful and enjoyable activities for building their life skills for empowerment.

Halfway Home

Half way home is provided to those patients who are unable to adjust at home and not able to follow any proper routine. In the half way home they are taught skills for daily activities, social skills, money management.

O. P. D. services

The patients are seen twice a week and emphasis is laid on Psychosocial Intervention. No charges are taken from BPL card holders or who cannot afford the charges.

Internship Training

Internship Training and orientation program is tailor made for Post Graduate Psychology Students, Social Work and Nursing students of various educational institutes so as to provide them with hands on training. This is a very successful program of the centre.
